SYSTEM OUTAGE 26TH SEPTEMBER 2023

Please be aware that the HGV Hub App will be unavailable from Tuesday 26th Sept’23 12 am – 12 pm UK time, as the IT team will be performing scheduled maintenance at this time.

During this time, the HGV Hub App Web Portal (for Hirers) and Mobile App (for Drivers) will not be available.

Over the past several months, the documents (mainly Driver’s Compliance documents) in the Hub App system have grown significantly. We are now updating the App to use one of the best Document storage tools, provided by Google; which provides better security, efficiency, and performance.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We will advise you when the maintenance is complete, and services have been restored.
